WATCHING THE CLOUDS GO BY The behavior of water in the Chinese landscape

Just as the ancients trusted in their inner impulses, we will trust in the emergence of the stains that lead us to the clouds and to the other forms of existence of water in the landscape. I am referring to the latent concealment of clouds, waterfalls, rivers, mist and fog. The animation of water as a medium, water as a theme, water as life. To do this we work on the non-painting of empty space in the composition, that is, those white areas left to the imagination.
Blurry - vague - diffuse and evanescent, so that things can be present and absent at the same time. We will see the clouds pass not only as natural phenomena, but as poetic evocations of unlimited freedom that facilitate the creative act. Luciana Rago
