Monographs with other artists and teachers

・Monographic workshops with other teachers and artists・ Since 2015 we have been organizing workshops with other teachers, artists and/or masters who are professionally dedicated to Japanese-Chinese painting and/or calligraphy and other traditional oriental arts. We do this because we consider that each of these disciplines is not conceived as a single, immovable, watertight compartment, but rather as A RELATIONSHIP OF KNOWLEDGE AND PRACTICES that enable us to KNOW, FEEL and ENJOY each creative moment. If we start from the creation of the brush as "the beginning" of these two ink disciplines, we are talking about traditions that have existed for more than 2000 years (with various schools and styles), and to a large extent they remain alive thanks to oral tradition: which justifies and gives meaning to the teaching-learning process. The idea of a reality that contemplates life and art without watertight compartments, but as an aesthetic space full of sensitivity to be learned, enjoyed and experienced, is what encourages us to create interdisciplinary proposals. We work on the creation of workshops that contribute to a better understanding of oriental aesthetics from a contemporary perspective and being aware of the cultural differences that separate us and at the same time bring us closer.
